They always fight for recognition and superiority and most of them are jobless and use same as means of livelyhood. In Onitsha, you wiil see persons parade themselves as PCRC Area Command, PCRC Central Police Station, PCRC Zone 9, PCRC Police Commissioner’s close friends.etc. All these are done to protect themselves from crimes related to fraud and extortion.
