The Wife of the Chief of Defence Staff and DEPOWA President, Mrs Omobolanle Abayomi Olonisakin was at the Nigerian Defence Academy on Friday to Commission the New Secretariat of the Nigerian Defence Academy Officers Wives Association (NDAOWA).
