Acting Head of Mission/Force Commander of the United Nations Interim Security Force in Abyei (UNISFA), Maj Gen Benjamin Sawyer, while on a visit to the Nigerian base, took time to decorate three newly promoted Officers of the Nigerian Army.
Among those decorated is Captain AU Hammanga of the Directorate of Army Public Relations (DAPR). Others are Captains Joshua Babalola Baiyekusi and Abdulmumin Mustapha. The three Officers are part of the Nigerian contingent at the United Nations Mission in Interim Security Force in Abyei (UNISFA).
